Working from approved design data we identify the materials and processes required and between our in-house facilities and network of specialist subcontractors we find the right equipment to manufacture your components to the tolerances specified.
All components undergo source checks and a detailed inspection, ensuring they comply with all aspects of the design data with full traceability.
Individual parts can be released with a CAA Form 1 or Certificate of Conformity (C of C), or processed further through our assembly and kitting services to provide you a complete manufacturing solution.
