Our Part 21J and Part 21G Design and Production teams have been very busy producing our STEM exhibits ready for this year’s Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford.
Project Summary
RIAT is the biggest military air show in the world and this year we exhibited in the ‘Techno Zone’ aimed at inspiring the next generation with Gama’s very own STEM challenges. Participants were encouraged to either wire up an aircraft electrical system or operate a camera in our Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) challenge.
We also sponsored the Junior Engineering Challenge run by STEMWorks which was held within local primary schools and required those children taking part to design and build a sustainable space glider powered by an elastic band within a specified rule set.
